UK & Ireland Regional Group - 2013 - Dublin

The second meeting of the group was hosted by Office of the Official Assignee and the Insolvency Service of Ireland in their new offices. Ireland was currently implementing new legislation which would make bankruptcy more accessible and so it was an ideal opportunity for the group to learn about the new systems and processes they were implementing. Some of the meeting also enabled two groups to discuss the challenges and issues facing them – with a chief executive stream, discussing strategic issues and a policy stream discussing more operational issues.
