Conference planning - helping delegates feel comfortable

We are planning for our conference and wanting all delegate to feel comfortable at our first post covid conference. Even though social distancing rules are no longer required, we are aware that some conference delegates may not feel comfortable with physical contact or may be more vulnerable than others. Hence we will implement a traffic light system, to allow delegates to choose and display their preferences with ease. At registration they can select a red bow to add to their lanyard or pin on their collar to politely decline close contact, handshakes and maintain distance with others or a green bow to indicate that they are comfortable with shaking hands and to be in closer proximity to others.
