Nick Herrod

Nick  Herrod works for Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands. Nick provides a wide range of advice on restructuring, insolvency and structured finance matters, in particular, specialising in matters concerning cross-border insolvency and schemes of arrangement. Nick is the first overseas member of the Insolvency Lawyers' Association's technical committee and was previously a Senior PSL in Allen & Overy LLP's global restructuring group.
