Trevor Noonan, Head of the Case Management Division in the Insolvency Service of Ireland

Trevor is the Head of the Insolvency Case Management Division and a member of the management board of the Insolvency Service of Ireland. A graduate of University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and the Irish Institute of Public Administration, his role includes the management of the processing of the three types of non-bankruptcy personal debt solutions offered under the Personal Insolvency Acts 2012-2022 and the Irish and EU Registers of those solutions. These solutions provide for a range of options for those in debt in Ireland including the Personal Insolvency Arrangement, which allows a debtor to reach a court-approved agreement with secured and unsecured creditors and the Debt Relief Notice which is a court approved solution which allows those with low incomes and low assets to return to solvency via a full debt write-off.
