State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance - Kazakhstan

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the authority responsible for state regulation and oversight of compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on rehabilitation and bankruptcy of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. It also leads state administration in the areas of restoring solvency and bankruptcy of individuals in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
