Abhishek Mittapally - Manager, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, India

Abhishek Mittapally is a Grade B officer of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), a national insolvency regulator in India. He has joined the Board as Assistant Manager in September 2018. He has worked across varied domains of regulatory governance including in matters pertaining to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Human Resources, Finance and Accounts and Examinations. He was instrumental in conducting inspections and investigations of various services providers.

He has been acting as the Member Secretary to Internal Complaints Committee for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace in IBBI since November 2022. He has also worked with two high level committees set up by Government of India for providing policy inputs related to valuation matters for decisions at national level.

Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
