Olena Koltko

Olena Koltko works with the Debt Resolution and Insolvency team of the World Bank Group’s Finance and Markets Global Practice. The Finance and Markets Global Practice implements comprehensive solutions that integrate World Bank services (loans/credits, guarantees, and risk-management products) and IFC services (advisory services and investments in private-sector firms). Olena advises governments in Eastern Europe, Africa and the Caribbean on insolvency reforms. She also leads the Resolving Insolvency indicator of the World Bank Group’s Doing Business report, in charge of the team that reviews insolvency regulations and practices around the world.

Olena is a US-qualified attorney with over 9 years of experience. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Olena worked in private practice in Ukraine and in the United States.
