Tasporn Jinuntuya - Legal Officer & Bankruptcy Specialist, Legal Execution Department, Ministry of Justice, Thailand

She is a Legal Officer, Senior Professional Level acting as Bankruptcy Specialist of the Legal Execution Department, Ministry of Justice, Thailand.

She graduated Master of Laws from John Marshall Law School in 2008, graduated Master of Laws from Case Western Reserve University in 2007, and graduated Bachelor of Laws from Chulalongkorn University as the second-class honor student in 2003.

After graduating, she worked as Administrative Case Official of the Office of The Administrative Courts, Thailand and she transferred to the Legal Execution Department, Ministry of Justice, Thailand to be the receiver in 2004.

She was appointed to be Legal Officer, Senior Professional Level of the Legal Execution Department in 2018. Then, she has just been appointed to acting as Bankruptcy Specialist of the Legal Execution Department since 2024.
