Help with a Cross-Border Property Sale

I needed help recently relating to a possible sale of a property in Scotland, which is part of a bankruptcy estate.   Using my IAIR contacts, I got in touch with Richard Dennis, the Accountant in Bankruptcy in Scotland, who recommended a lawyer in Glasgow who AiB use regularly.   

The lawyer gave me some very good advice and I am sure that the introduction from Richard really helped.  Thanks to Richard for the recommendation!
